Here is a list of Australian and New Zealand organisations that offer classes, workshops, intensives and ongoing courses in circus arts and aspects of physical theatre. There are also links to some European and North American organisations that offer training-what a way to see the world. Whether you are interested in trying out new skills or are a professional performer/artsit wishing to extend your skills through new training opportunities, this is a good place to start your search. If you are under 25 have a look in the youth circus section. (Note: a number of youth circus organisations also run some classes for adults)

Flying Trapeze Intensives with Flying Trapeze Australia
Hello trapeze enthusiasts!
Just wanting to let you all know about a couple of dates for our 3
day intensives coming up in Mullumbimby, NSW. (home of Spaghetti
Circus)
The first one is March 8, 9 & 10th (the 10th being
labour day in Vic)
The second intensive is April 25, 26, & 27th. (Anzac
day long weekend)
Cost is $320pp, you will start your day with a 1 & 1/2 hour Yogalates
class followed by 6 hours of flying (2 x 3 hour sessions)
Maximum number is 9 Minimum 7.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due one month prior to the intensive
beginning.

National Training Project, The Flying Fruit Fly Circus is delighted
to invite Australia’s youth circus companies, trainers and individual
circus performers to our 2008 National Youth Training Project.
Trainees must be between the ages of 12 and 26.
